Only BSPs can pay Meta for their customers’ WhatsApp usage. Without one, every customer has to add their own card in Meta before they can send paid messages. With managed billing, Kapso attaches its credit line to your customers’ WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) and pays Meta. You:
  • fund every customer’s WhatsApp usage from one prepaid balance
  • see funding and spend for all accounts in one place
  • set your own price and bill your customers your way
Your customers never add a card in Meta.

How it works

  1. Your customer connects their WhatsApp through your onboarding flow.
  2. Kapso attaches its credit line to the customer’s WABA.
  3. Meta bills Kapso for paid messages.
  4. Kapso deducts Meta’s fees from your Kapso credits. You bill your customer.

Choose your setup

Use Kapso's Meta app

Fastest path. No Meta app or Tech Provider verification. Create setup links with meta_billing_mode: "partner_managed".

Use your own Meta app

Customers authorize your app. Connect it to Kapso with a Multi-partner Solution to get managed billing.

What is a Multi-partner Solution?

A Multi-partner Solution (MPS) is a Meta agreement that links your Tech Provider app with Kapso. Your app owns the customer relationship. Kapso provides the credit line, the messaging infrastructure, or both. Without MPS, your own Meta app can still onboard customers through Kapso, but Kapso can’t pay Meta for them. See Onboard customers with your own Meta app.

Requirements

Kapso’s Meta app: a Kapso project with credits for Meta fees. Your own Meta app with MPS:
  1. Create a Meta app.
  2. Become a Tech Provider.
  3. Be on the Platform or Enterprise plan and ask Kapso to enable Multi-partner Solutions.
  4. Set up MPS.
